First of all, thank you very much to Makescents TV for the wonderful prize! My husband and I went to Pazzo Pizzeria to check out the menu, the food, the atmosphere and promised to report back with our findings. We went on a Saturday night (without reservations) and waited about 15 minutes for a table, which in our opinion wasn't too bad. The staff were quite friendly and the cozy atmosphere makes it a great place for a quiet dinner with someone special or a "girls' night out". The menu has some really great choices and unique items that in my opinion, you wouldn't find anywhere else in Stratford. We chose the delicious "Soprano" style pizza (calabrese sausage, portabello mushrooms and asiago cheese) and a crostini plate with sundried tomato. The food and drinks (3 beers) was under $50 (including tip) The pizzas range from $12-15, with a large selection of delicious toppings and dinner items include: chicken, beef and lamb ranging from $15-$17. Not only do they have a large wine list, they serve our very own Stratford Pilsner! We attempted to take video from inside the restaurant so you could have a better look at the atmosphere, but since we were using our digital camera, the video was quite dark. So...you will have to check out Pazzo for yourself. We think that Pazzo "makes cents" when dining out in downtown Stratford. Thanks Makescents TV!
